Implement a versioning and release process. While seemingly straightforward, many companies neglect this, resulting in challenging release management, increased bugs, tracking difficulties, and, as a project expands, more time spent on regression testing and bug fixes instead of new development.
Introduce ticket management - all activities go through tickets, and time is meticulously tracked. Commits, releases, and versions are linked to specific tickets.
Implement a CI/CD process, facilitating seamless deployment and removal of releases. This simplifies the process, allowing clients to have control without any hidden complexities.
